We came to Ewelme play park after our lovely walk across the watercress beds reserve.
The Ewelme recreation ground is a great place for a walk, ball games or a picnic, with the childrens’ play area in the far corner, and some wooden outdoor gym equipment (with balancing beams, abs bars and parallel bars) near the edges.
The playground is fenced and has wood chips on it. The centre piece is a long wooden climbing frame, though it is not particularly challenging. You can climb it via the ladder, climbing ropes or climbing walls and then make your way around the wobbly bridges from one end to another end. You can come down via the fireman pole or one of the two slides (one for older children and a smaller one for toddlers). Swings and a mini trampoline makes the rest of the play area.
