Freemans Meadow play area in Henley-on-Thames is surrounded by large green space. It is not easy to find but is accessible from Fair Mile via the main entrance (as seen in the picture just before the hawks view house and registrar’s office) or via a small path from Luker Avenue.
The park is fenced and have rubber matting throughout. There is a spider shaped tubular steel climbing frame, which is suited for older children though Ay (almost 5) managed to do bits of it and climb to the top. There is a smaller climbing frame for toddlers. In addition, there are other swings (including accessible ones), pendulum swing, springers, roundabout, interactive panels. The zipwire and tyre swing were broken.
