Stadhampton Play Park Area, Oxfordshire is visible from the main road and was spotted by my hawk eyed son. It is not particularly big, many dominated by the pretty impressive wooden climbing frame, which has plenty to offer to little and older children. There is climbing wall/various nets to go up and wobbly bridge/rope bridge as well with a big and smaller slide to come down by. There were also tunnels in there. I saw children timing themselves as to who can complete the whole loop the quickest. It looked great for playing hide-and-seek too.
Apart from that, there were swings but that’s about it for the play equipment. The large surrounding green space could be used for playing ball games etc.
The Play Area is not fenced, and a road runs close by, so you have to keep a close eye on the children. Having said that, the whole setting is quite pretty and I wouldn’t mind doing a little picnic here
