So, my son spotted this place from Bicester Road as we were going to the new toy store in Aylesbury, so we made a little detour, found a spot near Carlton close and walked towards the park. It is known as Yellow Park or Carlton close play area and is actually a reasonable sized park with quite a lot of equipment, suitable for a diverse age group.
It has two climbing frames- one for older children (which has a corkscrew slide, wobbly bridge and climbing nets) and another smaller one for toddlers with a straight slide, which lands into a small sand pit. There is a nice obstacle course, along with the other usual things- swings, stepping stones, see-saw, spider web, roundabout, monkey bar, small play fort and rockers. There are small mounds to climb or roll down from, though there were lots of weeds growing on the ground
