Croughton park in Brackley, Northamptonshire is actually a nice playground. The climbing frame is really good and quite long, with many different entrance points (catering to the skills of different age groups) which takes you over various obstacles and a wobbly bridge to either the spiral or the vertical slide. The swinging rope snake is also one of the longest. In addition, there is a pretty fast zip wire, various types of swings and a small mound to roll down from..
The toddler play area is separately fenced with it’s own climbing frame/slide, swings, rockers, roundabout and trampoline
Next to the play areas, there is a huge football/basketball/cricket ground and tennis court as well as green area for ball games/kite flying etc.
