Ardley and Fewcott Play park is a win win for all ages and one of the best around Bicester.
It is a lovely place for imaginative play with two separate wooden play structures for toddlers and young children. The one for bigger children is surrounded by little hillocks and is a delight with tunnel, ropes, wobbly bridge, ladders, climbing wall and slide. There is also a an underground tunnel. Lots of children were playing hide and seek and tag in it. We pretended we were in a castle which was under invasion.
Although the above frame for older children can be done by younger kids in parts, there is another one for toddlers, which sits in the middle of a sandpit with age appropriate climbing/slides.
In addition, there is also a trampoline, small sandpit, balancing beams, swings, zip wire, mounds to climb on, logs to walk on and sea saw. There is a massive field with football goals and picnic tables nearby mean parents can sit back, relax and watch children have fun

WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO:
We did this as a part of our park hopping adventure- Four parks all within 2-3 miles of each other. We drove from one to another. I don’t think it will be possible as a walk but who knows someone may dare someday!
